“Great film and dance project (...) with an expressive language, where dance, poetry, performance, immersive sound and audiovisuals are combined”.

Dance performance with a multidisciplinary perspective, inspired by the posthumous, intimate, and political book Playas de Fuego (Beaches of Fire), by Chilean poet Bárbara Délano Azocar (1961-1996). It brings together dance, poetry, music, performance, sign language, immersive sound, and video, all in an expressive language that represents the journey into the interior of Barbara's memories, to her premonitory poetry found after the plane crash where she died.

Leading us to spaces of a past time impossible to recover, the story takes us to a life shared between Chile and Mexico in the 90s. With her poetry, Barbara is here, in bodies, gestures, and images. The work goes from death to rebirth, from the depth of the sea to the light of life that continues on different planes.
