Bringing together the virtuoso, Irish traditional concertina player Cormac Begley, the European classical, contemporary collective, s t a r g a z e and twelve international dancers from the Teaċ Daṁsa company, MÁM is a meeting place between classical and traditional, the local and universal.
World-renowned for blending theater and dance, Teaċ Daṁsa ensures that both disciplines work from a place of cultural rootedness, fostering a profound and meaningful connection with the traditions, language, and music of Ireland.
Following the success of their reinvention of the world-famous ballet Swan Lake / Loch na hEala (2016), Keegan-Dolan and the company present MÁM, a production that, through the interplay of performers and live music, explores how life’s polarities can sometimes converge and find resolution.
