Apocalypse. A polar wave sweeps across the globe and, in Santiago, Chile, frozen bodies lie scattered through the streets. Our time has run out—the end of the human animal has arrived.
A traveler moves through parallel realities in search of his mother. In each dimension, he confronts different versions of himself and the world’s imminent collapse, leading him into an existential crisis: Who is he, really, when everything is falling apart?
Cadavers offers a vision of a future that feels ever closer, using multiverses to explore themes of identity, climate change, and motherhood in a world condemned to extinction.
