Inspector Yuri Gagarin—the first man sent into space in April 1961 aboard the Vostok capsule—has been dispatched by his investigative office to collaborate with Inspector Froussard, who was on Earth in the 1960s. This atemporal collaboration oscillates between 2025 and a cinematic thriller.

They are working for a good cause: they must track a chain of peculiar crimes in order to find the culprit.

Based on a news item from Voici magazine, this series moves between two worlds—the weightlessness we know from gravity, and the weightlessness we experience in our emotions.

The film crew of this low-budget TV series must adapt to a script they discover as they go. And understandably so: the director is absent, the camera operator missed the train, and the producer—busy on another shoot—has been replaced at the last minute by a colleague. Only the script supervisor and the lead actor have a rough idea of the investigation a detective from the future must carry out to solve the murders committed since 1960.
